So after talking to a customer service operator via chat I was promised that my account would not be used for any other pruposes and that it would be completed in 26 days from the date of purchase. Needless to say it was not done, and the account was suspended multiple times because of improper use by this company. During the leveling process they actually went 8 days without doing anything on the character I would go to their chat and ask them what was happening and everytime I was told we will switch to best leveler for you and give you extra gold. So I finally got tired of this and when my account was suspended I told them I wanted a refund because they had not provided the service they offered as it was described and promised. So they refused and even went so far as to threaten me

All because I told them if I was not given a refund after they had been given a second chance and even sent me in writing that they would finish in 7 day and that if they were not or if account was suspended again they would give me a FULL REFUND. I produced that and was told we fired that person they no longer work here so do not discuss that again. So here I am 36 days out and my account suspended again and they still will not honor their written guarantee.
